Kiss Me has a unique formulation that forms tiny water-resistant tubes around your lashes. It sets in 2 minutes. This does not feel odd. Once set it will not run, smear or smudge even if you rub your eyes. And from someone who rub's their eyes, I promise it does not move. But the best bit about this mascara is that you don't need eye make-up remover or cleanser to take it off. Simply wet your lashes with warm water gently press and slide off. You will actually see the little tubes in your hand. It all comes off beautifully. Your lashes actually feel in good condition. Great for everyone but especially those who suffer from eczema and hay fever.
