Tony & Tina Herbal Glitter Pencils. I can not tell you how much I adore these pencils. They are hypoallergenic (the only hypoallergenic glitter that I know of) so they're suitable even for sensitive eyes. They simply transform a simple day look into a fantastic gorgeous evening look with just a sweep along the base the top lashes. At the moment they come in 4 shades, brown/gold, navy/silver, black/silver and pink/gold. But from very soon they will be introducing 4 NEW shades, silver, dark purple/silver, lavender/silver and baby blue/silver. I can hardly wait!!!
